CMLL was back at Arena México for their March 31st show. As the cameras were going around capturing the live crowd, UFC fighter Israel Adesanya was shown in the front row.
On March 28th, Adesanya fought at a UFC Fight Night event and lost to Joe Pyfer in the second round via knockout.
Adesanya now has a 24-6-0 record. The two-time UFC Middleweight Champion has not won a fight since UFC 287 in April 2023, where he bested Alex Pereira via knockout.
In a media appearance, Adesanya spoke about WWE’s Oba Femi.
