Jessica Eye Undergoes Elbow Surgery

Jessica Eye was last seen in the Octagon at UFC 245, scoring a unanimous decision victory over Viviane Araujo.

The fighter has needed elbow surgery for quite awhile now and Eye has finally decided to get the work done on it before fighting again.

A recovering Eye said that she plans on returning to the gym this Monday, while a full recovery from the surgery is expected to take around four weeks. Eye is looking to build herself back up to another shot at the UFC Women’s Flyweight Title, as Eye previously lost to current champion Valentina Shevchenko at UFC 238.
