Joe Rogan has been with the UFC for nearly twenty years now. While the promotion he has worked for has made lots and lots of changes over the years, he is now looking for them to make another change.

Following the destruction of Lina Lansberg at UFC Fight Night 95 by Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino, Rogan is calling for the UFC to create a women’s featherweight division. Currently, the UFC has a women’s strawweight division that is championed by Joanna Jedrzejczyk and a women’s bantamweight division championed by Amanda Nunes.

The weight struggles for Justino have been well documented over the years, made even more public with her issues heading into her last bout at UFC Fight Night 95.

UFC President Dana White was recently asked about creating a women’s featherweight division and he admitted that creating such is not in the cards right now for the UFC, seeming more open to the idea of a women's 125 pound division.

Cyborg stated after her last fight that she is willing to drop down to 140 pounds again for catchweight fights in the UFC, but they would have to be for big money fights or dream matches.

Justino is also the current Invicta Fighting Championships Featherweight Champion, but even Invicta FC as had problems lining up opponents for her to fight in the promotion.
