LFA 2 Headliner Set

Despite the fact that the first Legacy Fighting Alliance event has yet to take place, we already have a main event for the second one as Bellator MMA veteran Mike Richman faces Lazar Stojadinovic.

Richman (18-6-0) will be competing for the first time since he was cut by Bellator MMA, which came after a loss to current bantamweight champion Eduardo Dantas at Bellator 137. Richman spent a little over three years in Bellator MMA, earning notable victories over Chris Horodecki, Alexandre Bezerra, Akop Stepanyan, Ed West and Nam Phan. Richman will be competing for the first time in 20 months, which is the longest period of inactivity in his professional MMA career.

Stojadinovic (11-5-0) has already held two belts as a pro, as he is a former Championship Fighting Alliance Lightweight Champion and a former King Of The Cage Lightweight Champion. Stojadinovic will enter this fight riding a seven fight winning streak, a winning streak that has lasted well over six years. Stojadinovic also competed for a championship as an amateur, losing a Combat Do Fighting Challenge Lightweight Title fight to Cyril Chen in 2006.

Legacy Fighting Alliance 2 takes place on Friday, January 20 from the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota with Mike Richman and Lazar Stojadinovic headlining.
