Light Heavyweight Division Clash Added To TUF 26 Finale

A pair of light heavyweights will clash at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 26 Finale as Andrew Sanchez is going to be in action against Ryan Janes.

Sanchez (9-3-0) has won two of three under the UFC banner, with those two wins coming over the duo of Khalil Rountree and Trevor Smith. Sanchez also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23, defeating Myron Dennis and Eric Spicely on the reality show. Sanchez only suffered two losses outside of the UFC, those two losses came to a pair of UFC veterans in Kevin Casey and Dustin Jacoby.

Janes (9-3-0) is going to be entering the fight on a two fight losing streak, dropping fights to Gerald Meerschaert and Jack Marshman. Janes is also a former Battlefield Fight League Light Heavyweight Champion, defeating Brendan Kornberger at BFL 37 to win the gold. Janes also competed once in the World Series Of Fighting, defeating David Perron at WSOF Canada 2 in 2014.

UFC Ultimate Fighter 26 Finale takes place on Friday, December 1 from the Park Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
