A new light heavyweight champion is going to be crowned at Cage Warriors 106 as Marthin Hamlet will battle Modestas Bukauskas for the vacant gold.

Hamlet (5-0-0) has already competed twice under the Cage Warriors banner, having defeated the duo of Jack Rolinski and Lukasz Parobiec. Hamlet is undefeated thus far as a professional MMA fighter and that streak has already lasted almost two years. Hamlet has competed five times as a professional MMA fighter and only one of those bouts have gone to the judges scorecards.

Bukauskas (7-2-0) has won three of four fights in Cage Warriors competition, with those wins coming over the trio of Pelu Adetola, Kristian Lapsley and Marcin Wojcik. Bukauskas has competed nine times as a professional MMA fighter and only one bout went the distance, which was his professional MMA debut at Ultimate Challenge MMA 43 in May of 2015. Bukauskas also went undefeated during his time as an amateur MMA fighter, with one win by KO/TKO, one win by submission and one win by decision.

Cage Warriors 106 takes place on Saturday, June 29 from the Eventim Apollo in London, England with Ross Houston and Nicolas Dalby headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
