Souza won the Invicta FC Strawweight Title in her promotional debut at Invicta FC 12, defeating Katja Kankaanpaa by fourth round submission.

She would go onto defend the title once against DeAnna Bennett at Invicta FC 15, but would lose it to fellow UFC fighter Angela Hill at Invicta FC 17.

In her last two fights with Invicta FC, the strawweight competitor would go onto defeat Ayaka Hamasaki and Janaisa Morandin.

There is no word yet on when Souza is expected to make her UFC debut or whom she would be making that debut against.
