Luis Henrique has suffered a biceps injury and has been pulled from a bout against Timothy Johnson at UFC Fight Night Belem, replacing him on the card is Marcelo Golm.
MMA Fighting first reported the change.
Johnson (11-4-0) has rotated wins and losses throughout his UFC run, with his latest bout being a loss to Junior Albini at UFC On Fox 25. Johnson has seen four of his six bouts in the UFC go the distance and the fighter has a record of 2-2-0 in those fights. Johnson has competed in the Dakota Fighting Championships, where he holds a win over UFC veteran Travis Wiuff.
Golm (6-0-0) has already fought once under the UFC banner, defeating Christian Colombo by submission at UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo. Golm has yet to see any of his professional MMA fights go past the opening round and two of those bouts lasted less than a minute. Golm’s victory over Colombo was the first submission win of his career, as the rest of the Brazilian’s triumphs have come by KO/TKO.
