Former UFC Women?s Bantamweight Champion Miesha Tate has kept busy since retiring in 2016, as she has hosted a successful podcast and is acting as an agent for several MMA fighters.
However, a new title will soon be bestowed upon her in the form of mother as the former champion is pregnant with a baby girl due to be born later this year.
Tate made the announcement herself via Instagram:
The father of the child is her boyfriend Johnny Nunez, who was a competitor on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 22 and also a World Series Of Fighting veteran.
A now retired title won the UFC Women?s Bantamweight Title by defeating Holly Holm at UFC 196 and she is also a former Strikeforce Women?s Bantamweight Champion, defeating Marloes Coenen to win that belt in 2011.
