Mike Tyson Believes Francis Ngannou Needs Better Trash Talking To Get A Title Shot

Francis Ngannou was last seen in action at UFC 249, scoring a first round knockout victory over Jairzinho Rozenstruik.

The fighter could be in line for a shot at the UFC Heavyweight Title, but boxing great Mike Tyson believes Ngannou needs to elevate his trash talking in order to get the opportunity at UFC gold.

?You?ve got to go out there and make challenges,? Tyson said on Hotboxin? With Mike Tyson (via Nolan King of MMA Junkie). ?You?ve got to make your challenge here. Go and talk. Make challenges with these guys. Put them on television shows. Go on television shows and say, ?Why am I not fighting? I know you?re scared. You should go, ?Everybody is scared of me in the UFC. Have pride for your family. Your mother, your father, your sister, your children know you?re a coward. Show your family some pride. Put pride on your family?s name, you coward. Your family name is going down. You?re the head of your family and you?re a coward. ? Think about your family. This is what you think? That means I can have your wife. This is my family now. If you?re not going to fight me, this is my family now.?

Ngannou has previously challenged for the UFC Heavyweight Title, losing a decision to Stipe Miocic at UFC 220.

Tyson knows that Ngannou is a nice person, but he believes Ngannou must get in the champ?s head to get another title shot.

?You?re a kind man,? Tyson said. ?I?m a kind man, but I do it to get in their heads. I had to get in people?s heads.?

It could be some time before Ngannou does get that coveted title shot, as Miocic is expected to face Daniel Cormier for a third time before Ngannou fights for the strap.
