The MMA world had plenty to talk about when it came to the main event of UFC Singapore.
Late in the third round, Demian Maia submitted Ben Askren with a rear naked choke is now back in the welterweight title hunt on a three-fight win streak. The fight had been built as one between two of UFC's best grapplers and plenty of people shared their thoughts once the fight had ended.

Askren even gave credit where credit was due to Maia in a post-fight interview, saying, "There's a reason why [Maia is] the best grappler in the division, possibly in MMA history."
