Top Rank Boxing and MTK Global are getting ready for a historic boxing card in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
On the card is a bantamweight title fight between Nordine Oubaali and Arthur Villanueva. This will be Oubaali's first world title defense since winning the belt back in January in Las Vegas. Villanueva, on the other hand, will look to win his first world title after being unsuccessful in beating McJoe Arroyo for the IBF super flyweight belt back in 2015.
