Australian kickboxing and Muay Thai legend John Wayne Parr's family witnessed some unfortunate tragedy over the weekend.
Parr, his family, and ONE championship flyweight fighter Rocky Ogden were celebrating his daughter Jasmine's 18th birthday on Friday, February 5. The ten-time world champion left his daughter, Ogden, and their friends to go clubbing and to celebrate her birthday as most 18-year olds would when the night took an unexpectedly awful turn. The group had witnessed a man fall from the 40th floor of a building to his tragic death, landing according to Parr where they were just standing a mere minute earlier.
He shared the sad news via his Instagram, also sharing one of Ogden's posts on what had transpired on what should've been a celebratory night for all and ended up being a memorable one for all the wrong reasons.
Parr shared in the update of the Instagram post that the man had tragically fallen to his death, trying to clean spider webs off the ceiling of his balcony.
