MVP vs. Derek Anderson Headlines Bellator London

A welterweight division clash is going to be headlining Bellator London, as announced by the Bellator Europe Twitter page, as Michael Page faces Derek Anderson.

Page (15-1-0) has won eleven of twelve bouts under the Bellator MMA banner, last defeating Richard Kiely by first round knockout at Bellator Dublin. Page competed in the Bellator Welterweight World Grand Prix, making it to the semi-finals before losing to Douglas Lima. Page has previously headlined one Bellator card, which was a unanimous decision win over Paul Daley at Bellator 216.

Anderson (16-3-0-1NC) enters the contest while in the midst of a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Zak Bucia and Guilherme Vasconcelos. Anderson hasn’t been defeated in almost three years, with that last loss coming to Derek Campos at Bellator 170. Anderson has seen his last six professional MMA bouts go the distance and it has been nearly five years since the fighter got a finish.

Bellator London takes place on Saturday, November 23 from the SSE Arena in London, England with MVP and Derek Anderson headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on the Bellator App.
