Paul Felder May Get Released From The Hospital This Weekend

Paul Felder was last seen in action in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night Phoenix, defeating James Vick by unanimous decision.

The win didn’t come without consequence for Felder, who suffered a collapsed lung during the three round war.

Felder would have surgery to repair the damage, with Sucker Punch Entertainment providing the following update on the fighter via Instagram:

Update: @felderpaul is a healing up well and in good spirits after his surgery and hoping to be discharged tomorrow, however he won’t be allowed to fly home until Wednesday. The @ufc has graciously flown his family out to be with him and they will arrive tomorrow. There is now word yet on when Felder is expected to return to action, but more should be known as the fighter heals up.
