Premier Boxing Champions announced the second show of its new series of post-main card events that will take place right after a Fox-televised bout.

The main attraction of the FS1 card is a featherweight bout between undefeated prospect Stephen Fulton taking on former bantamweight world champion Paulus Ambunda. Fulton will be fighting for the second time this year and has won all 15 of his pro bouts. Ambunda once held the WBO bantamweight title in 2013, but lost the title to Tomoki Kameda in his first defense. Since then, Ambunda has won seven of his last eight fights and last fought in September 2018, capturing the IBO super bantamweight title.

The second bout that was announced will feature once-beaten light heavyweight heavyweight Ahmed Elbiali. Elbiali, who has won his last two fights since being stopped by former world champion Jean Pascal, will take on an opponent to be announced at a later date. Lastly, the swing bout will have unbeaten prospect Lorenzo Simpson fighting in his fourth pro bout since making his debut in December 2018.

This is the second such card announced with the first one taking place right after the April 20 PBC on Fox card. The Fox card will be headlined by Jarrett Hurd's unified WBA and IBF junior middleweight title defense against Julian Williams.
