PBC Officially Announces Lineup For March 16 PPV Card

Premier Boxing Champions announced the four-fight lineup that will make up the March 16 Fox pay-per-view event.

Aside from the previously-announced main event fight between Errol Spence Jr. and Mikey Garcia for the IBF welterweight title, PBC also announced former world champions David Benavidez and Luis Nery will compete in separate bouts. The card will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Benavidez, a former WBC super middleweight champion, will fight contender J'Leon Love in the co-main event. The fight was previously reported to be slated for the event as Benavidez is looking to keep himself busy while a new WBC super middleweight champion is crowned. Benavidez is current a "Champion in Recess" after failing a drug test last year. Anthony Dirrell and Avni Yildirim are set to fight for the vacant title on February 23 in Minnesota.

Nery, a former WBC bantamweight champion, will fight former world champion McJoe Arroyo in a 10-round bout in Nery's first fight after reportedly signing a deal with PBC. Nery lost the title at the scales when he came in massively overweight for a title defense against Shinsuke Yamanaka in early 2018. Since losing the title, Nery has won two straight and is back at the top of the WBC rankings.

Lastly, the fourth fight that rounds out the March 16 pay-per-view is a heavyweight bout between former title challenger Chris Arreola and undefeated boxer Jean Pierre Augustin. Below is the full pay-per-view lineup of the March 16 PBC card:

- Errol Spence Jr. (c) vs. Mikey Garcia: IBF welterweight title
- David Benavidez vs. J'Leon Love
- Luis Nery vs. McJoe Arroyo
- Chris Arreola vs. Jean Pierre Augustin
