Rafael Dos Anjos Predicts He’ll Be Welterweight Champion In 2018

Former UFC Lightweight Champion Rafael Dos Anjos has been undefeated thus far in his brief stint in the welterweight division. During that brief run in the division, a surging RDA has defeated former Strikeforce Welterweight Champion Tarec Saffiedine, Neil Magny and former UFC Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawler.

RDA has now taken to Instagram to declare that by the end of this year, a new welterweight champion is going to be crowned:

Dos Anjos also recently celebrated the anniversary of when he won the UFC Lightweight Title by defeating Anthony Pettis at UFC 185.

Tyron Woodley is the current UFC Welterweight Champion and UFC President Dana White has stated in the past that RDA is his likely next opponent.
