Raquel Pennington Didn’t Want To Be Hugged At UFC 246

MMA

Raquel Pennington and former UFC Women?s Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm had their rematch in the co-main event of UFC 246, which Holm won by unanimous decision.

The bout was a lackluster affair at best, as Holm spent the majority of the fight clinching with Pennington and putting her against the cage wall.

Pennington isn?t happy with how things went down at UFC 246, as the fighter took to Instagram to say she ?didn?t want to be hugged the whole time:?

UFC President Dana White also wasn't too thrilled either by what went down in the UFC 246 co-main event, as he criticized referee Jason Herzog for not breaking up the clinch more throughout the bout.

It is highly unlikely that a third bout between Holm and Pennington will happen inside of the Octagon, as the UFC rarely books trilogy fights were one competitor has a two win edge over their opponent. There is no word yet on what is next for either fighter, as Holm has won three of her last five, while Pennington has won just one of four.
