Top Rank has added a number of fights to their February 10 card from Fresno, California, including the official return of former world champion Raymundo Beltran.
Beltran make his return on the co-main event of the card that will be televised on ESPN. Beltran will move up in weight and fight junior welterweight contender Hiroki Okada, ending any potential rumors of Beltran considering retirement after losing his WBO lightweight title to Jose Pedraza this past August.
Okada, a 29-year-old Japanese boxer, has won all 19 of his pro fights and is ranked in the top 10 by all four major governing bodies in the sport. Okada is ranked No. 2 by the WBO, No. 5 by the IBF, No. 3 by the WBA and No. 9 by the WBC.
Aside from Beltran vs. Okada, Top Rank announced the full lineup for the undercard that will be streamed on ESPN+. Former title challenger Genesis Servania will be on the ESPN+ main event, taking on the undefeated Carlos Castro.
Below are the matches announced for the ESPN+ undercard:
- Genesis Servania vs. Carlos Castro
- Gabriel Flores Jr. vs. Alex Torres Rynn
- Andy Vences vs. Dardan Zenunaj
- Guido Vianello vs. Andrew Satterfield
- Saul Rodriguez vs. Aelio Mesquita

The main event of the ESPN features Jose Ramirez defending his WBC junior welterweight title against Jose Zepeda. This will be Ramirez’s second world title defense since winning the belt in March 2018 on a Top Rank Boxing on ESPN card from Madison Square Garden.
