Report: Aleksandar Rakic Signs New Contract With The UFC


Aleksandar Rakic has already picked up a 4-1 record in the UFC during his two-plus years with the promotion and it looks like the fighter is going to have the opportunity to get more promotional victories.

The fighter took to Instagram to reveal that he has signed a new six fight deal with the UFC:

Rakic (12-2-0, 4-1-0 UFC) has picked up four wins in the UFC, with those coming over Francimar Barroso, Justin Ledet, Devin Clark and Jimi Manuwa. Rakic has suffered a single defeat under the UFC banner, with that coming against Volkan Oezdemir at UFC Fight Night Busan. Rakic has picked up a total of twelve wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of them came by way of KO/TKO.

There is no word at this time as to when Rakic will fight again or whom that opponent is going to be.
