Hunt is allegedly replacing former UFC Heavyweight Champion Fabricio Werdum, who was recently notified of a potential suspension by USADA. Hunt has previously challenged for the UFC Interim Heavyweight Title, losing to Fabricio Werdum at UFC 180.
