A middleweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 234 according to Marcel Dorff of MMA DNA as Austin Vanderford is going to be in action against Grachik Bozinyan.
Vanderford (8-0-0) has already competed twice under the Bellator MMA banner, defeating the duo of Cody Jones and Joseph Creer. Vanderford also competed on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 13, defeating Angelo Trevino by second round submission. Vanderford is a former CageSport Welterweight Champion, defeating Ben Fodor at CageSport 47 ton win the gold.
Bozinyan (9-3-0) is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout and does so having won five of his last six fights. Bozinyan has competed a total of twelve times as a professional MMA fighter and none of those bouts went the distance. Bozinyan is also competing for the first time in over two years, with his last fight happening in June of 2017.
Bellator 234 takes place on Thursday, November 14 from the Menora Mivtachim Arena in Tel Aviv, Israel with Sergei Kharitonov and Linton Vassell headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs via tape delay on the Paramount Network.
