One of the best prospects currently on the Bellator MMA roster has reportedly re-signed with the promotion as Patrick Mix is staying with Bellator MMA for the time being.

It was Mix who revealed the news through his Facebook page:

Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler Officially Announced For UFC 303, Will Take Place At Welterweight

“I Resigned my second multi fight contract with one of the top mma promotion in the world at the beginning of the year. Even though this year 2020 has been hard the light at the end of the tunnel is that Bellator will be home to myself and family for many years to come. After this pandemic I’m excited to get back to work and chasing these dreams!”

Mix (13-0-0, 2-0-0 Bellator MMA) has already picked up two wins in the promotion, with those victories coming over Ricky Bandejas and Isaiah Chapman. Mix last competed at Rizin 20 in December of 2019, defeating Yuki Motoya by first round submission. Mix has picked up a total of thirteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of them came by way of submission.

There is no word yet as to when Mix will compete again or whom that bout will come against.
