It was Johnson who revealed the deal via Instagram:

Johnson (5-1-0) comes to Bellator MMA after suffering his first professional MMA defeat, which came to Andre Muniz at Dana White’s Contender Series Season 3, Episode 7. Johnson has competed a total of six times as a professional MMA fighter and none of those bouts went past the opening round. Johnson also won four of four fights when competing in the Legacy Fighting Alliance and all of those victories came by way of KO/TKO.

There is no word at this time as to when Johnson is going to be making his promotional debut or whom that could be coming against, but Taylor will enter a weight class that is currently ruled by Rafael Lovato Jr.
