Report: Bobby Green Faces Francisco Trinaldo At UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo

A lightweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo according to MMA Fighting as Bobby Green is going to be in action against Francisco Trinaldo.

Green (24-9-1) has won just one of his last six bouts under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Erik Koch at UFC On Fox 27. Green has seen his last four bouts go the distance and it has been almost six years since the fighter got a finish. Green has suffered nine losses as a professional MMA fighter and more than half of them came by way of decision.

Trinaldo (23-7-0) has rotated wins and losses in his last six UFC bouts, with the latest fight being a unanimous decision loss to Alexander Hernandez at UFC Fight Night San Antonio. Trinaldo has suffered seven losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of them have come to current/past UFC fighters. Trinaldo hasn’t picked up a win in almost year, with that last victory coming against Evan Dunham at UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo.

UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo takes place on Saturday, November 16 from the Ibirapueroa Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
