Salim Touahri has suffered an injury and has been pulled from UFC Fight Night Liverpool, replacing him against Brad Scott according to Jim Edwards of MMA NYTT is Carlo Pedersoli Jr.
Scott (11-5-0) has rotated wins and losses throughout his UFC tenure, with the last bout being a loss to Jack Hermansson at UFC Fight Night Mexico City. Scott has suffered a total of four losses under the UFC banner and three of those defeats came by way of decision. Scott never had one of his fights go the distance prior to joining the UFC, with just one pre-UFC bout making it to the third round.
Pedersoli Jr (10-1-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this fight and does so on the strength of a seven bout winning streak. Pedersoli Jr is coming off of a win over UFC veteran Nicolas Dalby, which came by way of decision at Cage Warriors 93. Pedersoli Jr has suffered just a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came to Yuki Okano at Real Fight Championships 3.
