A catchweight division attraction has been added to next months Bellator 238 card as Curtis Millender is in action against Moses Murrietta.
FanSided first reported the bout, but its position on the card isn’t known at this time.
Millender (17-5-0) is competing for the first time since getting cut by the UFC, but the fighter did post a 3-2-0 mark in the promotion. Millender is starting his second run under the Bellator MMA banner, picking up a 2-2-0 record during that first stint. Millender has picked up seventeen wins as a professional MMA fighter and eleven of them came by way of decision.
Murrietta (8-3-0) is undefeated thus far in Bellator MMA competition, having defeated Chris Herrera by first round TKO at Bellator 193. Murrietta will enter the contest while in the midst of a two fight losing streak, dropping bouts to the duo of Brendan Allen and Lucas Rota. Murrietta has competed a total of eleven times as a professional MMA fighter and none of his bouts have ended by way of submission.
Bellator 238 takes place on Saturday, January 25 from The Forum in Inglewood, California with Julia Budd and Cyborg headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on DAZN.
