A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 231 according to MMA Junkie as Dalton Rosta is going to be in action against Ahmed Samir Hefny.

Rosta (1-0-0) made his professional MMA debut earlier this year at Bellator 219, defeating Cody Vidal via first round TKO. Rosta also went undefeated during his time as an amateur MMA fighter, defeating the trio of Trenton Zdarko, Devon Harrell and Cody Brundage. Rosta has competed a total of four times as an amateur/professional MMA fighter and all of those wins came by way of KO/TKO.

Hefny (1-1-0) is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this encounter and the fighter hasn’t picked up a win in over two years. Hefny is also going to be returning to action for the first time in over a year, as his last bout took place in September of 2018. Hefny has no amateur MMA experience to speak of, so his professional MMA experience marks his over MMA experience.

Bellator 231 takes place on Friday, October 25 from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut with Frank Mir and Roy Nelson headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
