WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder has been offered a three-fight deal to fight on DAZN worth roughly nine figures.
Mike Coppinger reported that Wilder was offered a $100 million deal that would include a fight against unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, likely later this year. The offer came as Wilder and his camp were meeting with DAZN this week to discuss the possibility of bringing in the WBC champion on the platform.
Although Wilder's broadcast future is uncertain at the moment, what is most likely certain is that Wilder is defending his title against mandatory challenger Dominic Breazeale as his next fight. Wilder is going to have a press conference in Brooklyn, New York on March 19.

The last few weeks have been a roller coaster for Wilder as he had been hoping for a rematch against Tyson Fury on pay-per-view. After Fury elected not to have the immediate rematch when he signed with Top Rank and ESPN, the WBC ordered Wilder to face Breazeale next. Breazeale had been the mandatory challenger for the WBC title since late 2017 when he won a title eliminator against Eric Molina, despite not being ranked No. 1 by the WBC for many months.
Joshua, the current WBA, WBO and IBF champion, is set to defend his titles against Jarrell Miller on a DAZN card at Madison Square Garden on June 1. Should a fight between Joshua and Wilder for all four titles take place, it would crown the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis who held the WBA, WBC and IBF titles from 1999 to 2000.
