Report: Doo Ho Choi Faces Charles Jourdain At UFC Fight Night Busan

A featherweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Busan as Doo Ho Choi is in action against Charles Jourdain.

Marcel Dorff of MMA DNA first reported the bout, but its placement on the card is unknown at this time.

Choi (14-3-0) enters the contest while in the midst of a two fight losing streak, dropping bouts to the duo of Cub Swanson and Jeremy Stephens. Choi hasn’t picked up a victory in over three years, with that last win coming over Thiago Tavares at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale. Choi has picked up three wins under the UFC banner and all three fighters he defeated are no longer with the promotion.

Jourdain (9-2-0) is winless thus far in UFC competition, having dropped a bout to Desmond Green at UFC Fight Night Rochester. Jourdain has picked up nine wins as a professional MMA fighter and all of them came by a form of finish. Jourdain has suffered two losses as a professional MMA fighter and both of them came by way of decision.

UFC Fight Night Busan takes place on Saturday, December 21 from the Sakij Arena in Busan, South Korea with Brian Ortega and Chan Sung Jung healdining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
