A middleweight division attraction has been added to UFC 244 according to MMA Junkie as #15 Krzysztof Jotko is going to be in action against Edmen Shahbazyan.
Jotko (21-4-0) will enter the contest on the strength of a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Alen Amedovski and Marc-Andre Barriualt. Jotko has suffered four losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of them came in UFC competition. Jotko has picked up twenty one wins as a professional MMA fighter and fourteen of them came by way of decision.
Shahbazyan (10-0-0) has already picked up three wins under the UFC banner, having defeated the trio of Darren Stewart, Charles Byrd and Jack Marshman. Shahbazyan also competed on Dana White?s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 13, defeating Antonio Jones by first round TKO. Shahbazyan has competed a total of ten times as a professional MMA fighter and just one of those bouts went past the opening round.
