Tom Breese needed a new opponent for UFC Fight Night London and now he has one because Farah Hannoun is reporting that Ian Heinisch is replacing the injured Cezar Ferreira and will battle Breese.
Breese (11-1-0) has won four of five under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Luiz Dutra Jr., Cathal Pendred, Keita Nakamura and Daniel Kelly. Breese has suffered just a single loss as a professional MMA fighter and that came against Sean Strickland at UFC 199. Breese has earned eleven wins as a professional MMA fighter and six of them came by way of submission.
Heinisch (12-1-0) is currently undefeated in UFC competition, defeating Cezar Ferreira by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night Buenos Aires. Heinisch also competed on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 15, defeating Justin Sumter by first round knockout. Heinisch has seen six of his professional MMA fights go the distance and Heinisch has won all of those encounters that went to the judges scorecards.
UFC Fight Night London takes place on Saturday, March 16 from the 02 Arena in London, England with Darren Till and Jorge Masvidal headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
