Jordan Espinosa has suffered an injury and has been pulled from UFC Fight Night Denver according to Farah Hannoun, replacing him against Mark De La Rosa is going to be Joby Sanchez.
De La Rosa (10-1-0) has won just one of two fights under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Elias Garcia at UFC Fight Night Boise. De La Rosa has suffered just a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came against Tim Elliott at UFC 219. De La Rosa is a former Superior Combative Championships Flyweight Champion, defeating Arthur Oliveira to win the gold in April of 2016.
Sanchez (11-3-0) has won just one of four in his two runs with the UFC, with that lone victory coming over Tateki Matsuda at UFC Fight Night 59. Sanchez has competed twice on Dana White?s Tuesday Night Contender Series, defeating the duo of JP Buys and Manny Vazquez. Sanchez has suffered three losses as a professional MMA fighter, with one loss by KO/TKO, one loss by submission and one loss by decision.
