This coming Saturday Night?s UFC 251 card took a major hit earlier today when it was revealed that Gilbert Burns was pulled from the main event of the show due to testing positive for the coronavirus, leaving UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman without an opponent.
However, it looks like a last minute savior could step in and face Usman on a weeks notice, with that person being BMF Champion Jorge Masvidal.
Ariel Helwani of ESPN is reporting that negotiations are underway for Masvidal to potentially step in and face Usman at UFC 251:
