Report: Lyman Good Faces Sultan Aliev At UFC 230

A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC 230 according to Mark La Monica of Newsday as Lyman Good faces Sultan Aliev.

Good (19-4-0-1NC) has won just one of two fights under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Andrew Craig at UFC Fight Night 71. Good hasn’t picked up a win in almost three years, as the aforementioned victory over Craig took place on July of 2015. Good is also a former Bellator MMA Welterweight Champion, defeating Omar De La Cruz at Bellator 11 to claim the gold.

Aliev (14-3-0) has won just one of three fights thus far in the UFC, with that single victory coming against Bojan Velockovic at UFC On Fox 22. Aliev has also competed twice in Bellator MMA, defeating Mikkel Parlo and suffering a defeat to Doug Marshall. Aliev has competed a total of seventeen times as a professional MMA fighter and none of his bouts have ended by way of submission.
