A women’s flyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Lincoln as Mackenzie Dern faces Ariane Carnelossi.
Raphael Marinho of Combate first reported the fight, but its spot on the card isn’t known at this time.
Dern (7-1-0) is looking to rebound from her first loss as a professional MMA fighter, which came to Amanda Ribas at UFC Fight Night Tampa. Dern hasn’t picked up a victory in almost two years, with that last win coming over Amanda Bobby Cooper at UFC 224. Dern has picked up seven wins as a professional MMA fighter and four of them came by way of submission.
Carnelossi (12-2-0) is winless thus far under the UFC banner, having dropped a bout to Angela Hill at UFC Fight Night Mexico City. Carnelossi has competed fourteen times as a professional MMA fighter and just three of those bouts went the distance. Carnelossi has picked up twelve wins as a professional MMA fighter and eight of them came by way of KO/TKO.
UFC Fight Night Lincoln takes place on Saturday, April 25 from the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska with Anthony Smith and Glover Teixeira headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
