A featherweight division attraction has been announced for UFC Fight Night Boston according to MMA Junkie as Manny Bermudez is going to be in action against Charles Rosa.
Bermudez (14-1-0) is going to be making his UFC Featherweight Division debut in this encounter, having previously competed at bantamweight. Bermudez is also looking to rebound from his first professional MMA defeat, which came against Casey Kenney at UFC 241. Bermudez has picked up fourteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and eleven of them came by way of submission.
Rosa (11-3-0) is returning after a two-plus year absence, with his last bout coming against Shane Burgos at UFC 210 in April of 2017. Rosa has competed five times under the UFC banner and all of those bouts made it to the final round. Rosa has picked up eleven wins as a professional MMA fighter and seven of them came by way of submission.
UFC Fight Night Boston takes place on Friday, October 18 from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts with Dominick Reyes and Chris Weidman headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ESPN.
