A middleweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo according to Raphael Marinho of Combate as Markus Perez faces Jack Marshman.
Perez (12-2-0) has rotated wins and losses under the UFC banner, with the latest bout being a second round submission win over Anthony Hernandez at UFC Fight Night Fortaleza. Perez has suffered two losses as a professional MMA fighter and both came in UFC competition. Perez has picked up twelve wins as a professional MMA fighter and half of them came by way of submission.
Marshman (23-9-0) has won just one of his last four in the UFC, with that lone win coming over John Phillips at UFC Fight Night London. Marshman also won four of five fights while competing in Cage Warriors, which includes a victory over UFC veteran Che Mills. Marshman has picked up twenty three wins as a professional MMA fighter and thirteen of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo takes place on Saturday, November 16 from the Ibirapueroa Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil with Jan Blachowicz and Ronaldo Souza headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
