A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Vancouver according to MMA DNA as #15 Misha Cirkunov is in action against Jim Crute.
Cirkunov (14-5-0) has won just one of his last four heading into this encounter, with that lone win coming against Patrick Cummins at UFC Fight Night Moncton. Cirkunov has competed a total of eight times under the UFC banner and six of those encounters ended within the opening round. Cirkunov has suffered five losses as a professional MMA fighter, but none of those defeats came by way of decision.
Crute (10-0-0) has already picked up two wins in the UFC, with those victories coming over the duo of Paul Craig and Sam Alvey. Crute also competed on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 14, defeating Chris Birchler by first round TKO. Crute is a former Hex Fight Series Light Heavyweight Champion and defended the gold once before coming to the UFC.
