A women’s flyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Greenville according to Nolan King of Flo Combat as #12 Andrea Lee faces #13 Montana De La Rosa.
Lee (10-2-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, defeating the duo of Veronica Macedo and Ashlee Evans-Smith. Lee will enter the contest while in the midst of a six fight winning streak and she hasn’t suffered a loss in over three years. Lee has seen five of her professional MMA bouts go the distance and the fighter picked up wins in four of those encounters.
De La Rosa (12-4-0) is also undefeated thus far in UFC competition, defeating the trio of Christina Marks, Rachael Ostovich and Nadia Kassem. De La Rosa competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 26, making it to the quarterfinals of the reality show, losing to Nicco Montano. De La Rosa has picked up ten wins as a professional MMA fighter and eight of them have come by way of submission.
UFC Fight Night Greenville takes place on Saturday, June 22 from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
