Report: More Brazilian Fighters Off Various UFC Cards Due To Visa Issues

MMA

Brazilian UFC fighters are being hammered by visa issues at the moment because seven more of them have been pulled from upcoming UFC events.

Combate is now reporting that Ariane Carnelossi, Raphael Pessoa, Marina Rodriguez, Vanessa Melo, Luana Carolina, Ariane Lipski and Lara Procopio are all out of their upcoming UFC fights.

That would mean that fighters who were set to compete on the April 25, May 2 and May 16 UFC cards are no longer going to be in action.

There has been no comment yet from the UFC or the individual fighters themselves as to the visa issues surrounding all of their upcoming events.

When all the fighters that have been pulled from the cards are combined, it adds up to a total of fourteen fighters from Brazil not being able to compete on future UFC events.

It is unknown at this time if fighters coming from countries other than Brazil will face the same issues as their Brazilian counterparts.
