Report: Niko Price Faces Muslim Salikhov At UFC Fight Night Lincoln

A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Lincoln as Niko Price faces Muslim Salikhov.

Brett Okamoto of ESPN first reported the bout, who’s spot on the card isn’t known at this time.

Price (14-3-0-1NC) has rotated wins and losses in his last five UFC appearances, with the latest bout being a first round knockout win over James Vick at UFC Fight Night Tampa. Price has competed a total of eighteen times as a professional MMA fighter and just one of those bouts went the distance. Price has picked up fourteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and ten of them came by way of KO/TKO.

Salikhov (16-2-0) enters the contest riding a three fight winning streak, defeating the trio of Ricky Rainey, Nordine Taleb and Laureano Staropoli. Salikhov hasn’t suffered a loss in over two years, with that last defeat coming to Alex Garcia at UFC Fight Night Shanghai. Salikhov has suffered two losses as a professional MMA fighter and both of them came by way of submission.

UFC Fight Night Lincoln takes place on Saturday, April 25 from the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska with Anthony Smith and Glover Teixeira headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
