Craig (9-2-0) enters the fight on a two bout losing streak, suffering defeats to both Tyson Pedro and Khalil Rountree. Craig has earned just a single victory under the UFC banner, over Henrique Da Silva at UFC On Fox 22. Craig has yet to see any of his fights go the distance and only two of his professional MMA bouts went to the second round.

Ankalaev (9-0-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this fight and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted almost four years. Ankalaev is also the current World Fighting Championship Akhmat Light Heavyweight Champion, defeating Maxim Grishin to win the belt in 2016. Ankalaev has finished his last three bouts by either KO or TKO and it has been over a year since he went the distance.

UFC Fight Night London takes place on Saturday, March 17 from the 02 Arena in London, England with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
