A middleweight division attraction could be finding its way to the UFC Fight Night Atlantic City card according to Combate as #9 Uriah Hall faces #14 Paulo Costa.
Hall (13-8-0) has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Krzysztof Jotko at UFC Fight Night Pittsburgh. Hall has seen his last three fights end via KO/TKO and it has been over two years since the fighter saw a bout go the distance. Hall made it to the finals of the UFC Ultimate Fighter 17, losing to Kelvin Gastelum in the final fight on the reality show.
Costa (11-0-0) has already earned three victories under the UFC banner, defeating the trio of Garreth McClellan, Oluwale Bamgbose and Johny Hendricks. Costa has yet to see any of his professional MMA fights go the distance and only two fights went past the opening round. Costa has earned ten of his professional MMA victories by KO/TKO and the other win came by way of submission.
UFC Fight Night Atlantic City takes place on Saturday, April 21 from the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
