Report: Robson Gracie Jr. Faces Brysen Bolohao At Bellator 212

A welterweight division affair has been added to Bellator 212 according to KHON News as Robson Gracie Jr. is in action against Brysen Bolohao.

Gracie Jr. (0-0-0) is not only making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout, but his professional MMA debut as well. Gracie Jr. has no amateur MMA experience to speak of, making his professional MMA debut the fighters first MMA bout of any kind. Robson is now the fourth Gracie Family member to compete in Bellator MMA, with Khonry, Neiman and Royce Gracie also competing in the promotion.

Bolohao (0-0-0) is in the same boat as Gracie Jr. in this encounter as the fighter is making both his professional MMA debut and Bellator MMA debut in this bout. Bolohao did go undefeated as an amateur MMA fighter and it returning to action for the first time in almost two years. Bolohao competed as a lightweight during the run as an amateur MMA fighter, so he’ll be making his welterweight division debut in this bout as well.

Bellator 212 is taking oplace on Friday, December 14 from the Neil S. Blaisedell Center in Honolulu, Hawaii with Brent Primus and Michael Chandler headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
