A lightweight division attraction may be the latest addition to UFC Fight Night London as Rustam Khabilov faces Kajan Johnson.
Farah Hannoun first reported the bout.
Khabilov (22-3-0) enters the fight in the midst of a five bout winning streak, last defeating Desmond Green by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night Rotterdam. Khabilov has seen his last six fights go the distance and it has been over four years since the competitor saw a bout end with a finish. Khabilov has headlined a UFC event in the past, suffering a submission loss to former UFC Lightweight Champion Ben Henderson at UFC Fight Night 42.
Johnson (22-11-1) enters the bout on a three fight winning streak, but has only competed once in the last two-plus years. Johnson has also seen all four of his UFC bouts go into the third round, with two of those fights ended by way of decision. Johnson has gotten the majority of his professional MMA wins by submission, but all of his UFC wins have come by KO/TKO or decision.
UFC Fight Night London takes place on Saturday, March 17 from the 02 Arena in London, England with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, but broadcast plans have yet to be announced.
