A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Copenhagen according to MMA Junkie as Siyar Bahadurzada is in action against Ismail Naurdiev.
Bahadurzada (24-7-1) has won three of his last four under the UFC banner, with those wins coming against the trio of Brandon Thatch, Rob Wilkinson and Luan Chagas. Bahadurzada is undefeated when competing on Fight Night cards, holding a 2-0-0 record in such events. Bahadurzada has picked up twenty four wins as a professional MMA fighter and fourteen of those wins have come by way of KO/TKO.
Naurdiev (18-3-0) has won just one of two thus far in UFC competition, with that lone win coming against Michel Prazeres at UFC Fight Night Prague. Naurdiev has competed twice in the UFC thus far and both of those encounters went to the judges scorecards. Naurdiev has picked up eighteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and eleven of them came by way of KO/TKO.
UFC Fight Night Copenhagen takes place on Saturday, September 28 from the Royal Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark with Jack Hermansson and Jared Cannonier headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
