A trio of bouts have been added to the upcoming UFC Fight Night Auckland card as Marcin Tybura faces Sergey Spivac, Giga Chikadze faces Mike Davis and Ion Cutelaba faces Magomed Ankalaev.
MMA Junkie reported the bouts, but their placement on the card isn’t known at the moment.
Tybura (17-6-0) has won just one of his last five under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Stefan Struve at UFC Fight Night Hamburg. Spivac (10-1-0) has won one of two thus far in the UFC, with that win coming over Tai Tuivasa at UFC 243.
Chikadze (8-3-0) is undefeated thus far in UFC competition, having defeated Brandon Davis by split decision at UFC Fight Night Copenhagen. Davis (8-2-0) has won one of two in UFC competition, with that lone victory coming over Thomas Gifford at UFC Fight Night Tampa.
Cutelaba (15-4-0-1NC) has won three of his last four in the UFC, with those wins coming over the trio of Henrique Da Silva, Gadzhimurad Antigulov and Khalil Rountree. Ankalaev (12-1-0) enters the contest on the strength of a three fight winning streak, defeating Marcin Prachnio, Klidson Abreu and Dalcha Lungiambula.
UFC Fight Night Norfolk takes place on Saturday, February 29 from the Chartway Arena in Norfolk, Virginia with Joseph Benavidez and Deiveson Figueiredo headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
