Report: Two Fights Added To Bellator 233, Romero Cotton In Action

A pair of fights have been added to Bellator 233 according to Sherdog as Romero Cotton faces Jason Perrotta and Grant Neal faces Jimmy Lugo.

Cotton (3-0-0) has spent his entire professional MMA career competing in Bellator MMA, last defeating Willie Whitehead at Bellator 204. Cotton has competed three times as a professional MMA fighter and just one of those bouts went the distance.

Perrotta (3-2-0) is making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout and is also returning to action for the first time in over two years. Perrotta has competed five times as a professional MMA fighter and none of his bouts went past the opening round.

Neal (0-0-0) is going to be making both his professional MMA debut and Bellator MMA debut in this encounter. Neal went undefeated as an amateur MMA fighter, defeating the duo of Joseph Chacon and Erik Rolando Perez. 

Lugo (1-0-0) is making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout and does so while still undefeated as a professional MMA fighter. Lugo made his professional MMA debut at Rocks Xtreme MMA 26 in April of 2019, defeating Thomas Reese Forrest by first round knockout.

Bellator 233 takes place on Friday, November 8 from the Winstar World Resort & Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma with Costello Van Steenis and John Salter headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
